The “Reflector Board” is used to “Collect”, “Direct” and “Focus” the ambient Signal to the Coat Hanger “BowTies”. The more Efficient the “Reflector Board” board is in “Collecting”, “Directing” and “Focusing" the ambient Signal to the Coat Hanger “BowTies” the stronger the Signal will be.

Also suggest to improve Signal strength that all wire connections be soldered and then the soldered connections insulated with black electrician tape to prevent Signal crossfreed.
