Hm. I downloaded the patched firmware from codeguys mirror, closed programs running in background. Next I extracted the archive with firmware. Then I ran patcher. When the firmware upgrade was completed I rebooted the system. And this is everything what I've done. Also I tried to convert my drive with EEPROM Utilty, but it doesn't help too.
