Hi everyone,

I'm new here so I apologize if this has already been addressed a million times.

My problem is that I can't seem to burn dvd movies. I've tried Nero as well as Ashampoo and I keep getting the same error, "unable to create disc structure". I'll attach the error log in case it's of use to anyone (I sure can't understand it).

Hopefully that's not too vague of a problem, if you need more info I'll be happy to supply it.
