Hi All A comment about a problem I had. I went to make a backup copy of my grandsons dragon Tails dvd. It coppied to my hard drive just fine. About 13 min for 3.56 gigs for full disc but when I went to burn it to a DVD it took about 1hr 20 min. At first I thought it was a bad dvd or a prob with my dvd burner. Prob. was resolved by resetting the DMA in the general tab of the common settings. Burned it again and it took 13 min. Although the check for DMA automatically is checked in the common settings/ general tab it never popped up to ask me to reset it. Thanks for putting that feature in. I'm not sure why It changed on me but that sure fixed the prob. This is one of the best and easiest software programs I ever bought. Thank You |
