How do you expect Fengtao to make it work, he is in China, His software does as promised. Your problem to fix, and yes start from a clean OS and figure what it is on YOUR computer that makes it not work. How do you see it as Fengtao's problem? If doing it yourself is to hard, or to much trouble I will do it @45.00 per hour usd, and you pay all shipping. Ok, now I am really done with this thread.

Yes, The responsibility is yours, Fengtao did not load all your other apps, did he?
