If anyone else needs help finding the utility: When at the CodeGuys/CodeWorks site, you should see the following. Just click on what the arrows show in my screenshots below to get the EEPROM Utility. After downloading the file, extract the program from the .RAR, and run the Utility. It should be self explanatory. If not: You'll be presented with a number of tabs. The first tab should have options for backing up the EEPROM and restoring the EEPROM. Those are what you will use. You don't have to use ANY OTHER OPTION, and using some of the other options will probably just fail.

NOTE: Do NOT confuse firmware for the EEPROM backup. And make sure you keep up with both in case you begin to get bad burns.
