Well, I edited my post above. Since you've already backed up your firmware, I'd suggest you back up your EEPROM. Then just download the firmware I suggest in my previous post, extract from the .RAR, and just flash. It's pretty easy.

If all else fails, you see the green text in my screenshot? When you go to the Codeguys/CodeWorks site, you can click it and it'll send you to a page with some directions on how to crossflash [and look at Method 2: Pre-patched]. That's all you have to do.
