cybmole;The windows 98 users get it you want them to get a newer OS.Continually posting that as a solution doesn't help for some that is not a possible solution.
GregiBoy;Most people are not in the IT,developer,etc business & are home users.They just want software that is supposed to work on their OS to work.
Donewell;To me a full refund is not good enough.That doen't pay a person for thsolution.e time they have wasted downloading,installing,maybe several computer freezes requiring a hard power off shutdown possibly damaging their files & then uninstalling.The effort spent in getting a refund & waiting for the refund.
Fixing the problem is the correct solution.
