Why two websites ? ?

Dvdfab.com ... with the CSS version

Dvdfab.net ... with the NonCSS Version

Is this because of legal issues in some parts
of the world ? ? I think most users want the
CSS version if possible .. How do we tell
which one actually installed ? ?
