I also notice that V4 has its own uninstaller in the V4 menu. If I did that will it effect the Version 5?
Windows also shows it as a seperate uninstall, but usually one is better of using the programs own uninstaller. |
I am leaving v4 for testing purposes for the time being, but if v5 is installed and working there is no reson to keep 4. I think I would use the v4 uninstaller. Stormjumper has excellent manual uninstall instructions linked in his sig for Vista and XP, but be careful not to delete a file that v4 and v5 both use. I'm not sure if his instructions account for the fact that you have a version of
DVDFab that you want to remain. The file vso_hwe.dll for instance is part of the VSO burning engine and there are others. Run a reg cleaner after the uninstall.
