Hi. I have had success backing up my kids dvds (which they often treat like frisbees) with the free dvdfab decoder. I am trying out dvdfab platinum 5.0 to see how well it works w/ my apple iphone and apple tv. When I copy using the iphone settings, it works great with my iphone. If I use that same file on my apple tv, the video is slightly degraded and the audio sounds extremely distant. I checked w/ dvdfab, but they have yet to get back to me. Can anyone recommend the best settings for use on an apple tv with hd video output and digital audio? Thank you.
