well i finally made peace. i tried 3 different dvd players. 1 was my bose piece of crap lifestyle dvd theater system and the other two were older models. none of the 3 worked with my disk. then i went to my wife's work place and it worked

after burning 7 fricken dual layer disks, i'm ready to kill my crappy bose system. i recommend not buying a lifestlye dvd player from bose. Nothing but junk. Audio and speakers are nice but the rest is JUNK.

now i need a new dvd player. question, will a playstation 3 play these burned copies of dual layer media. Has anybody tried? i would try but i don't know anyone who has a playstation3. was thinking about purchasing one here shortly since i'm a gamer. just been waiting for the price to go down a little bit. But GTA 4 has caught my eye and this dual layer issue may speed my purchasing thoughts up. any thoughts?
