It has nothing to do with running XP, I am running XP Pro SP2 and having no problem as the maojority runs XP , we would have heard of this issue before this. Where did you buy your V4 ? If you did not buy it from the FAB Website, then maybe you should contact who sold it to you. If you did then e-mail DVD FAB on their webpage with your e-mail and activation codes.
