I have the Exact Same Problem on My vista Machine x64...
I was running XP fine and 3 days ago i upgraded to Vista...
i am running IMG BURN 2.4.1.0, everything was running fine On XP ...

i am burning backups of my XBOX360 Games and When i verify AFTER THE BURN it says the EXACT SAME ERROR....

the Burns are Not Good either as they FREEZE during PLAYBACK, i think it is either Vista related or IMGBURN...

i am Going to Try the OLDER version Of IMGBURN and Try to VERIFY it THERE..
