The problem is that where you read about the price
"all over the internet" have yet to change the way they list the price. It is no longer
39 USD. In fact, the price went from
39 USD to
49 USD sometime in early
2007 if my memory is correct. On
January 1st, 2008 they switched to the
Euro so the price went from
49 USD to €
49 (
Euro) and this change was preceeded by a notice by
Slysoft about 4 weeks before it happened.
In the end,
Slysoft is not being deceptive or inaccurate. The other websites discussing the price haven't updated the actual price or you are looking at older discussions about the product.
