it's your way you use your computer.
Some basic rules:
- do not use an account with administrative permissions for normal work, surfing etc.
- use different internet browsers like Opera or Firefox. Same applies to the Mail application
- make sure your operating system and applications have the most recent security updates.
- use only software from reliable sources
