I am in Melbourne Australia.

Discovered this site while googling "telefunken dvd recorder problems"

I am a Karate instructor, and full time father of two.

Haved lived in Melbourne for all but two years of my life, spent the other two freezing my butt off in Canberra.

My Telefunken DVD recorder occasionally will only give me backgroung sounds and no voices, my brother has a different brand dvd recorder and has experienced the same problems.

When i first got the recorder i pushed some buttons on the remote and fixed the problem but i can't remember which ones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the record, i don't use the recorder for burning much as it has a tendency to freeze.

I do all my burning on my computer with my LG multi burner.
