If it's a film I would say to decimate it back to 24000/1001 but since that's not a dvd standard, you can't do that, so I suggest you stick with PAL. If you encode with 30000/1001 fps all you're going to get is a blurry mess.
What's the resolution of your input mkv? What codec is the video stream encoded with? |
