halleujiah !!!!!....... my dvd fab is finally working. After 20 dvd's and 2 weeks work of trying different things....I finally took my computer in to the computer shop and the technician changed my cable ribbon hook -up because it wasn't getting enough power source.

Prior to that .....the other computer store put in the wrong cable to the mother board .... so task 2 error 16 is not necessarily a software problem
So for those that are having problems with error 16 ....check your power source for your drives. Good Luck
