What I will say to Thanh-BKK is that no info here is misleading. You come on with a problem and self-diagnose it, despite people who really know what they are talking about, including the author of the software, actually giving you good info. Open your mind, stop the emotional rubbish (no-one is telling lies about you) and just consider you have a drive that isn't quite right (as we have tried to figure out ways that you may have been correct - the fact that we can't means it's a hardware issue and Arachne's links give me further confidence in this area).
