They are both excellent programs I would suggest installing a free trial of each and then making up your own mind Slysofts support is excellent as for DVDFAB its great here too.
I would go for slysoft over Dvdfab right now if you are interested in backing up Blu ray movies DVDFAB does not have support for that as of now.
