i'm going to try what you said, BUT....'what' screen are you talking about when you refer to this:
"when you are in your Windows session"?

do you mean after we've logged-on to the internet, or when please?
and...

"'switch' your computer off"
do you mean via the 'switch' in the back of our towers? or by 'power cord' is better or which?
