it's not a problem of copy protection, it's just by design of Clearplay.

Unfortunately, a Clone backup made by
DVDFab does not work on all DVDs. It does seem to work with the Sony and WB discs I have tried, but not with any others. (It seems to work with discs that have a jacket_ps folder, but that may just be a coincidence. If a disc only has a video_ts folder it doesn't work.
