I'm talking about once you add a blank, instead of like EVERY other drive i've owned it just reads it and is SILENT , This drive spin's up for 15 seconds. WHIRRRLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!! like it's burning, there's no need for this!!
reboot the Pc with a blank same WHIRLLLL then stop's, is this a PIONEER Trait?>?
