Also, note, that I have changed my recommendation on image creation recently. Since you have to create them from folder what I posted above still stands, but, for the future I recommend this:
-DISABLE
AnyDVD
-Load
CloneCD, select read, and give it a filename with a .iso extension
ImgBurn 2.4.0.0 is not well suited for ISO creation from disc. According to something I read on Doom9, ImgBurn pads the ISOs making them bigger. (Thanks for the info on that, Les) Also I recommend disabling AnyDVD for many reasons but the short version is that AnyDVD can remove the protection from the mounted, protected image. So if a bug gets fixed in AnyDVD that caused some kind of problem, you don't have to rerip the image to fix it. Basically this treats the image as an exact copy of the original and AnyDVD processing can be applied to it just as well as the original. This is how I make all my images. CloneCD will do the best job for this, IMO.
