Home Theater Mag has pitted some of the top HDTV's against each other in a be all, end all showdown to see which set reigns supreme. It's kind of nice to see my opinion resonated in their conclusion: The Pioneer Kuro, being the set with the lowest resolution (720p) and having no 120hz technology, managed to best every other set they tested.
The results, in order:
- Pioneer PDP-5080HD Plasma HDTV
- Panasonic TH-50PZ750 Plasma HDTV
- Sony KDS-60A3000 SXRD HDTV
- Mitsubishi WD-57833 DLP RPTV
- JVC LT-47X898 LCD HDTV
- Sharp LC-52D64U LCD HDTV
- Samsung HL-T6187S LED DLP RPTV
