sorry about your trouble. please send the ifo files to fengtao. with a link to this thread. please include the ifo files for both the original dvd and the split dvd's which will not play. dont forget to name the files as such.

please try split using customize mode. let us know if this works.

not saying this is the fix, as split mode should work. just offering you an alternative until your trouble can get fixed.
