could you let me know where I get these burn logs from? Is this something that I can pull from
DVDFab? I thought I had to look at the even log in windows and there was nothing there that related to DVDFab

I did not mention that I have a laptop, so I am not sure what I can do with the drive. I definitelly cannot "physically unplug" it
