Try using the search. I think there have been a couple of threads on GTA:SA already. Might have some info that will help. I can't remember offhand at the moment.

If you just want to play the game without the original DVD in the drive then you could try GameJackal by SlySoft. I have used it with GTA:SA and it works find. No need to use the DVD again. Nice and safe now.
