Hi Larry,
Once again, many thanks for your time and effort.
I did try doing a full uninstall, clean, reinstall of
DVDFab just in case, but it didn't help any. As you say, hopefully Fengtao or Ting will get round to looking at this. I've emailed support a few times, but not heard anything back yet.
