Is it possible to use DVDFAB to burn a data DVD disc, but not from an ISO image?

This is not for backing up a DVD, but rather backing up high def programs from over the air broadcast recorded to my hard drive. The files are simply mpg. I can fit one show on a DVD. I'd rather not install Nero or any other software if DVDFAB can already do this.
