Didn't check for DVD overburning. It became a pointless test as no new drives support the feature. I also think the CDR-Info conclusion on DVD overburning is incorrect.

The DVR-115D does support overburning of CD-R.

Also to clarify about the JMicron IDE controller. Vista 64bit supports it out the box with Microsoft's default IDE drivers. That's the ones i'm using, not JMicrons.
