Yes, this answers my question.

Wow, then there are three new original SONY NEC drives out. Yeah, those drives are "orange"/"new poduct" at alternate.de for ages now. Can't wait to see the inside somewhere on the web. I assume it won't be the NEC MC-10042/MC-10041 chip, since the Pioneer DVR-212L/112L also has LF and somehow I think that Pioneer would have realeased a LS drive instead of a LF drive if LS would be in that chip as well. Anyway...
