Added experimental support for XtoDVD projects. Now you can have menus, chapter settings etc, please contact me if you notice anything unusual.
Added force close ConvertXtoDVD when idle for 2 minutes, CXD has a tendency to not close when finished converting.
Stopped file list from being disabled when converting.
Fixed file list column sizes when resizing form.
Other minor changes.
