If you have the pro version of DVDRebuilder, you can use AviSynth filters in it combined with the HC encoder or CCE. I've only done one test encoding with the free version of Rebuilder, so I don't know if it has this capability or not, but I doubt it. , I have used the built-in filters that come with ProCoder rather than learn a great deal about AviSynth scripts and filters. ProCoder is convenient, but expensive.
