I realize that you said nothing has changed except your version of Fab, but that may not be true.
Memorex is totally unrealible media...you never know what you'll get...even within the same spindle. My guess is these are Ritek D01 and are crap...nothing personal.

We'll need some specifics (eg., burner, firmware, MID, etc.), most of which can be found in your burn log.
Please post a few logs.
