i downloaded the latest version of 1click dvd copy 5 & the newest version of dvd43(4.0). it won't burn movies anymore. what i get is a warning that "a read error has occurred while reading a file. the file may be encrypted, or cannot be read correctly by the dvd device. if you are using a decrypter, you may need to restart it before running 1click dvd copy." i've tried closing & restarting dvd43 as well as uninstall/reinstall, but i keep getting the same message. what do i do now? 1click copy dvd 5 worked fine with an earlier version of dvd43.
