I purchased dvd remake and know that my payment with dimadsoft has cleared, but there is no link in my account area on their site to get the file. Also, I have e-mailed Dimadsoft three times to inquire about the order over the past four days with no response. Does anyone know how to get in touch with these people, or have any sugestions on how to get the file I paid for? Thanks.
