You can plug the Mini disc player to your line in of your soundcard.
If you have a better card with optical in, you can of course use that one.

When the device is connected you can use an audio recording program to record the sound onto your harddrive as a WAV file. The wav file can then be burnt onto CD by using almost any CD burning program, for example Nero Burning ROM
