That suggests that I should be able to set chapters of a fixed length, but what I want to do is split the programme up into numerous bits of varying length. I have already recorded it as one 90 minute continuous block - should I have recorded it as lots of little bits?

So if I have to use something else to burn the DVD, how do I persuade the two software packages to talk to each other?
Is there a standard file extension known to this package which is understood by DVD burning packages?
