umm.. dunno about DLA, but still using InCD over here 4.3.23.2.. it's working like a charm, used usually with my BenQ DW-1640 & Lite-ON LH-20A4P (used to be LH-18A1P... and worked great at the time too)... i'm using it with DVD-RW (Imation2x OPTODISCW002) and DVD+RW (Verbatim 2.4x MCC A01) those are still pretty slow but.. and newly using it with DVD-RAMs (Panasonic3x M01J3003) and two MiniDVDs, +RW (SONY2x CMCMAGW02) and -RW (Verbatim2x MCC01RW11n9)... and till the moment all is still going very great!!! maybe you should give InCD a try (or a second try if you've already did!)... Packet writing is NEVER trusted, but sometimes it's worth it
