I truly wonder about how many legal pronouncements are made on this forum by non-lawyers, many of whom are just peeved that they can't get their hands on a DVD a few days early and that constitutes the "end of the world".
And anyway, if it's limited distribution to the store owner/staff as opposed to distributing early to the public, where's the damage? Certainly not enough for the studio/distributor to care about.
I do hope people can stop whining about this. A member has come here for help and there's no evidence that he has downloaded the DVD - so, subject to the moderators' input, let's help him, if we can, instead of watching our calendars enviously.
Regards
