I used anyDVD for my dvd and here is what it said:

Summary for drive F: (AnyDVD 6.3.0.0)
TSSTCORP DVD-ROM SH-D162C TS04
Drive (Hardware) Region: 5

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-r (version 5), Layers: 1
Total size: 2286112 sectors (4465 MBytes)

But none of my players (powerdvd/vlc) recognize the dvd even when any DVD is running.not even windows explorer recognizes it.
what do i do?
