After using Nero 6 for several years, a problem has come up after using Recode 2 and Show Time.

When I show the DVD, the video portion runs slowly, and the quality of the audio sounds chopped up. I suspected this was caused by some kind of spyware, but all my other software, including Windows XP, are running fine.

When I try playing a rented DVD, I get the same bad results.

Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
