Yes use dvd-5 you can not fit 5.68 GB on a single layer disc(dvd-R)
At 70% you will not notice any quality difference even on a pretty big screen.
And yes you could put it on 2 disks but not worth it IMHO.
Edit: your burner will burn DL disk,they cost more(use only verbatum)then you can use DVD-9(no compression)
