Is there anything wrong with getting an 8800Ultra? Should I stick with the GTX?

What would I need to change to make my computer ready for SLi, just incase, would it mean I would need to change more than the motherboard in your list? If its just the case I need to spend a few moure pounds just in case I'm quite happy to.
