I have sometimes need to Re-compress large MP3. programs using LAME probably the best, but i cannot install any programs on my work computer as i don't have admin rights. is there is something out there that will allow me to covert larger mp3 to smaller size without installation. EAC 0.95 works great converting CD to MP3, but i do not know anything that can handle MP3 to MP3.
