DVDFab does not convert movies to wma format. Check the instructions for the software you used for the conversion. You can convert the DVD again using DVDFab to any of several formats (in the DVD to Mobile menu) if you want an AVI or MP4 file. I suspect that whatever software you are using to play the converted file does not have the codec required for proper playback.
