I am still having the same problem. I've always used Memorex or Staples brand, whichever was on sale at the time. I've tried 3 different spools of DVD's and have only gotten a few movies to burn. Sometimes the burner spits the disc out almost immediately and often it will burn the cd but when I try to watch it on the dvd player, I either get a bad disc error or it simply won't play. I've also tried viewing them on my computer but the disc appears empty and won't play. This didn't start happening until after I did my last update on the software.

So, am I just being unlucky or what? Until I get a chance to get to Staples to return these packs, I'm still trying to burn to them. I've taken from both spindles and have already gone thru 125 and have only 6 movies to show for it. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP

PS: I've tried several movies so it isn't a specific one.
