@comcal116 Do you get any error codes when this fails? Do other discs copy OK?

@lukeyboy You have made some excellent choices for the burner and the blank media, which I think will solve your problem. Those types of errors are almost always blank media related. The log indicates you were burning at the max available speed which is never a good idea. Rule of thumb: use the slower of: half the rated max of the burner or the blank media.
